If you are reading this, you likely heard my opening podcast.  If not, check it out on iTunes “ImpactBank: The Kickass Koach”

I would love to hear from you.  Which of my questions resonated with your experience?

Here they are:

Are you a business or professional woman who feels stuck in a career that just isn’t moving anywhere?

Do you have great ideas, but no one at work is listening?

Are you plagued by self-doubt and tired of feeling like a fraud?

Do you have trouble selling your ideas, sticking up for them?

If none of these resonated, tell me about your experience in the comments.  I want to hear from you so I can watch for a story and some tips to address your pressing questions.

In my opening podcast I mentioned how I help my clients figure out WHY they feel dissatisfied, or angry, or afraid, or inadequate when it comes to their work.

I went on to talk about the importance of finding out your strengths.  I use a few different tools to do this.  Join my mailing list (easy access at www.impactbank.ca ) and I’ll send you a few more resources and a link to identify your strengths.

I talk about Values during the opening podcast and I anticipate Values coming up often in my stories and tips.  I will be talking with each of my guest story tellers about values too.  They show up in their lives and careers when we least expect it so it’s good to learn to notice them.

If you are interested in exploring your own values.  Try these one or both of activities:

  1. Each day for 14 days:  make note of at least 3 things that annoyed you or angered you.  Notice the common themes.  I’ll talk more about how simply noticing can start to help.  I am NOT inviting you to dwell on them—this may help you become more attuned to your values though.
  2. Write in one or two paragraphs about a past work experience when you felt you were operating at your best.  Be descriptive about what was happening and MOSTLY about how you were feeling. Just write about it and then go back and examine the words you use.  This will give you a clue into your deepest values.

Next week I’ll share a very personal story that reveals why I decided to change my life, become a certified coach, start this podcast and my own business. Of course there will be tips from my learning too!

I look forward to hearing from you. Have a kickass day![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
